• 5+ years of experience in ML projects, including at least 2 years in a team or project leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, machine learning, and big data processing.
• Hands-on experience with mainstream ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, PySpark).
• Familiarity with data structures, CI/CD practices, software engineering principles, and testing.
• Ability to communicate technical results to business and product stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (ideally Snowflake).
• Experience in developing AdTech or consumer-facing products.
• Proven track record in applying ML/AI in product development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product delivery
