Logistic specialist
For our client we are looking for a Logistic Specilist/Administrator.
Job description:
- Ensuring transportation of products by road/sea/railway (looking for forwarders, cooperation with warehouses, ordering transportation, communication in all steps of transportation of the goods etc.)
- Planning the volumes, agrees conditions with forwarders/warehouses
- Preparing all transportation documents
- Organizing tenders between forwarders
- Participating during inventory
- Cooperates with customs brokers
- Processing the claims regarding transportation
- Control of the invoices and documentation from forwarders/warehouses/customs brokers
- Preparing the statistics, analyzing the data
who we are looking for
- Higher education (logistic, international trade or similar)
- Languages: Ukrainian/Russian, Czech intermediary, English intermediary
- Legal residence in the Czech Republic / Visa Dočasná ochrana acceptable
- Experience in logistic (>1 year preferably)
- Experience with customs, import/export procedures
- Experience with Excel
- Communicative, stress resistance, responsibility, efficiency
