Liquidity & Regulatory Reporting Manager @ Antal

Polsko

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis within IFRS/IAS frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet and regulatory reporting standards (e.g., LCR, NSFR).
• Hands-on experience in Product Control or regulatory reporting processes.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and their impact on banking operations.
• Proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in process development, documentation, and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly across global teams.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different regions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with FoTC (Front Office to Control) processes is a plus.
• Experience managing service delivery of global finance processes is an advantage.

Location: Kraków

Office attendance: 2 days per week in the office
