Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Team) @ Railwaymen
Key Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience (min. 2 years) in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and effectively managing the sales funnel.
✔ Ability to work within the Account based Marketing framework.
✔ Excellent language skills, English (minimum C1 level), Polish fluent.
✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw actionable insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems - HubSpot.
✔ Experience using lead generation toolset, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Expandi and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✔ Ability to effectively leverage ChatGPT, Perplexity or other Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance sales activities.
✔ Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset to effectively build and manage your own sales pipeline.
✔ Knowledge of the emerging trends and digital industries: foodtech, fintech, accounting, construction and others.
✔ Strategic thinking, data-driven approach ownership and strong self-starter.
Nice to Have:
✔ Basic knowledge or experience in digital marketing.

About the Role:
- As a Lead Generation Specialist at Railwaymen, you will be a key member of the Sales Team.
- Your core mission will be to proactively drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel within the start-up and scale-up sector (e.g., Fintech, Accounting, Medtech, Foodtech, Construction).
- You will be growing the network of our sales prospects, seeking new business opportunities and hunting through online (Linkedin/email) sales campaigns with a close cooperation with the Business Development Manager.
- You will be focused on the iterative approach to ensure campaigns maximum effectiveness and high conversion score.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong self-motivation and a results orientation who appreciates challenges at work.
