• Proven experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, with prior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and scalable backend architectures for cloud-native applications.
• Practical expertise with at least two of the following: AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages/frameworks: Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, Golang.
• Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Solid knowledge of ECMAScript 6, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B2+/C1).

About the Project

The project is an innovative logistics platform designed to certify drivers of Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) companies. The solution includes:

• A web application for CEP service providers to conduct driver verification and cross-company evaluations.
• A mobile application for drivers to manage certifications and verification checks.

This project is being built from scratch and will support both web and mobile ecosystems. The initial requirements backlog and UI designs (in Figma) are already underway.

You will lead a team of engineers, align technology efforts with business goals, and ensure high-quality delivery across web and mobile platforms.
