• 5+ years experience in modern web development.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and npm.
• Experience with web frameworks like Next.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with component libraries like ShadCN, MUI, Tanstack, and building out custom design systems.
• Deep understanding of CSS frameworks like Tailwind, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, component-driven architecture, and front-end state management.
• Experience working with MongoDB or other similar Document NoSQL data stores.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as GCP and AWS.
• Strong testing mindset with hands-on experience using Jest, Playwright or similar testing frameworks.
• Worked within an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc).

About the Role
As a Front-End Engineer, you will be instrumental in building intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences on the company’s core platform. The tech stack is modern and robust, with React, TypeScript, and Next.js at its core, and plenty of room for innovation in UI architecture and performance optimization.
This is a hands-on engineering role with the opportunity to influence design systems, technical decisions, and the evolution of the product’s front end.
