Are you an experienced Business / System Analyst ready to lead, influence, and shape our solutions from end to end?

As our operations expand, we are looking for a Lead Business / System Analyst to join us remotely. If you enjoy leading teams, translating complex business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving improvements, this role could be for you.

You are exactly who we’re looking for if you:

• Communicate fluently in English and Polish (min. C1) in speaking and writing.
  
  
• Are flexible with your hours, including occasional afternoon/evening work for US client coordination.
  
  
• Bring at least 6 years of experience in business and system analysis.
  
  
• Have demonstrated leadership experience: managing analysts, allocating resources, influencing recruiting.
  
  
• Excel in interpersonal communication — you can lead workshops, drive alignment, negotiate priorities.
  
  
• Can produce architecture and system design artifacts (UML, component diagrams, use case diagrams).
  
  
• Are proficient in requirement definition methods (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria).
  
  
• Have a strong track record in Agile / Scrum project implementations.
  
  
• Are capable of visualizing dependencies between modules, features, data flows.
  
  
• Possess solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  
  
• Have led analysis tasks end-to-end and mentored less senior analysts.
  
  
• Demonstrate business acumen, especially in the financial services domain.
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with project management.
  
  
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  
  
• Strong general IT background (integration, architecture, APIs).
  
  
• Experience working with UX/UI designers.
