• Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP implementation consultant in the financial area
• Participation in at least three full implementation projects (from analysis to go-live)
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes as well as the Accounting Act
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently
• High level of initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (international projects)
• Teamwork skills and effective communication with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS standards
• Experience working in an international environment

As an ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ digital transformation by implementing and optimizing ERP systems within the financial and accounting domain. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, preparing documentation for technical teams, and providing end-user support throughout all phases of the implementation — from initial analysis and go-live to system stabilization.
