Junior Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a Junior Solutions Consultant to join our internal product team at DecisionRules – a smart decision automation platform that helps companies around the world save time and money.

What you’ll be doing?

• Supporting Account Executives and BDRs in customer engagements by providing technical expertise and context.
  
• Delivering engaging product demos that are tailored to a prospect’s industry and use case.
  
• Building and presenting proofs of concept (PoCs) that showcase how DecisionRules can be applied to real-world processes.
  
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions, bridging the gap between clients and our product team.
  
• Answering technical questions during the sales cycle and helping prospects evaluate our platform.
  
• Collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs after deals close.
  
• Continuously learning about automation, SaaS, and customer pain points to sharpen your expertise.
  
  

Simply put, you’ll be the technical partner in the sales process — helping customers see the art of the possible with DecisionRules.

Who we’re looking for?

• A curious and motivated problem-solver who loves both technology and working with people.
  
• A strong communicator — able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Background in IT, computer science, engineering, or business/tech fields (or equivalent practical experience)
  
• 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, sales engineering, or related technical roles (fresh graduates welcome if motivated).
  
• Comfortable giving presentations and product demos in English (both spoken and written).
  
• Some familiarity with APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools is a plus — but more important is the willingness to learn quickly.
  
• Collaborative and eager to work hand-in-hand with AEs, BDRs, and product teams.
