• 1+ year of experience in a project coordination, PM assistant or similar support role in tech or engineering environments
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum)
  
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of an experienced PM
  
• Ability to clearly document and communicate technical information
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• At least Intermediate English (both spoken and written)
  
• At least Upper-Intermediate Ukrainian
  
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  
• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is a strong advantage
