• Solid understanding of core platform features such as authentication, authorization, API management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for development teams.
• Awareness of UX best practices to ensure features are intuitive and easy to use.
• Experience working in an agile environment with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration skills.

This role is about making our Data Sharing Platform work seamlessly for our customers and internal users. You will own the base functionality that all our Data Sharing services rely on. This includes account and permission management, secure API access, configuration options, monitoring dashboards, and reporting features. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensure smooth delivery with the development team, and continuously refine the platform based on feedback.

,[1. Act as the dedicated Product Owner for the Data Sharing Platform, owning the backlog and ensuring high-quality delivery., 2. Gather, consolidate, and refine requirements for core platform features such as:, • User and role management, • API key and authentication handling, • Configuration and settings management, • Dashboards and KPIs for monitoring data sharing activities, • Reporting and audit functionalities, 3. Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure platform capabilities support product needs across the Data Sharing ecosystem., 4. Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to clarify requirements, review implementation, and test new functionality., 5. Ensure usability and accessibility of platform features, applying good UX practices without being a dedicated designer., 6. Coordinate platform releases, including functional checks and release notes., 7.
