• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
• Experience in analyzing and maintaining IT systems
• Good understanding of local network infrastructure
• Proficient in technical English (minimum B2+ level, written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
