Junior HR Operations Analyst with Portuguese @ Antal

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in HR, Business, or Communications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR; experience in Shared Services or a call center environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
• Ability to work confidently in HR systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow) and deliver high-quality service in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency in service delivery.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

We are currently supporting our international client in expanding their HR Operations team and are looking for a Junior HR Operations Analyst to join on a contract basis. This role involves daily interaction with employees and providing operational support across key HR processes.
