Requirements

• Master’s degree (or final year) in economics, finance or sciences
• High analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of econometrics/statistics (building models)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of Python programming
• Excellent command of English and Polish language
• Independent thinking capability.

For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for a Junior Fixed Income Analyst.

Responsibilities

• PRIIPS/ MIFID II: transaction costs: Preparation, maintenance and entry of transaction details into the tool that would replace legacy tool (Arachne). Run and sanity check for outliers in the calculation in quarterly calculation of the of the transaction costs
• SFDR Periodic Disclosures: Help with preparation of inputs to reports
• Research: Help with maintenance and administration of local/ regional agreements with investment research providers (brokers), including review, amendments of contracts and initiating new ones with up to 15 local brokers used solely by GS TFI Poland.
• Drafting of reports, materials for internal meetings (i.e. investment committee)
• Drafting of commentaries for commercial teams and responses to questions we receive
• Drafting presentations for regular and ad-hoc client meetings
• Helping with evidencing/ correspondence
• Developing investment process using quantitative tools
