• Minimum 1 year of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related roles
• Holding a degree related to the IT field (or in progress)
• Willingness to work from the office 1–2 times per week for technical collaboration and strategy sessions
• Being open to learning and receiving guidance from more experienced colleagues
• Python skills and the ability to write clean code
• Some experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge (at least in theory) of ArgoCD and/or similar GitOps tools
