Junior Customer Service Analyst @ Devire
Requirements
- Very good command of English and Russian (written and verbal, written is priority).
- Polish language is welcome but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills.
- Basic administrative experience (approx. 1 year) or willingness to learn; students also welcome.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment.

For our client, a global leader in risk management, strategy, and human capital consulting, we are seeking candidates for the position of Junior Customer Service Analyst.
This role focuses on preparing pricings and contracts based on internal price lists and templates, collaborating with Legal and Product teams, and coordinating internal communications. You’ll also assist with basic customer service duties and help document process improvements.

Responsibilities
Prepare pricings (Excel) and contracts (Word) using internal templates and price lists.
Handle the shared team mailbox — receive, assign, and respond to internal requests.
Liaise with Legal, Product Owners, and internal consultants to complete and approve documents.
Create client folders, perform calculations, send for peer review, and incorporate feedback.
Provide occasional internal Teams calls support (no external client presentations).
Support basic and routine internal inquiries via phone or email, escalating issues when needed.
Assist colleagues in documenting procedural changes and updates to internal processes.
