(Junior) Consultant – International Compensation @ KPMG

• Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Fluent English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
• Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Familiarity with income tax and payroll legislation in the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland is a plus.

Our Global Mobility Services team, comprised of over 100 team members, focuses on all aspects of mobility including tax compliance and advisory and providing support to our clients HR and Global Mobility teams.
