You have:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years building backend services or consumer software applications
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, TypeScript)
• Experience with AWS (or similar cloud platforms) and cloud-based software development
• Experience with non-relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab) and deployment best practices
• Understanding of software design patterns and algorithms
• Effective collaboration and B2+ English proficiency

About the role:

Join us as a Software Development Engineer on Remitlys Global Money Movements Team! Our mission is to promote the worlds most trusted financial services through a platform that provides modular, reusable components to move money around the world. Our Kraków squads specifically focus on storing financial information and expanding our payment networks credit and debit card capabilities.

On this team, youll build highly-resilient, scalable, micro-service solutions that power Remitlys future architecture. Youll solve technical challenges including micro-service scaling, durable workflows, and global team collaboration.

You will report to a Kraków-based manager.
