What you can expect:

As a Team Manager (m/f/d) in our "Statistics and Passenger Counting" department, you will lead your team at eye level and provide support with development issues and conceptual topics.

An insight into your tasks:

Leadership and coordination: Together with the Product Owner, you distribute the tasks, plan capacities and enable your team to implement them independently

Technical contact person: You support your team with technical and conceptual issues and represent the interests of the team both internally and towards our business partners

Team development: You promote the professional and personal development of your colleagues, strengthen team cohesion and create a culture of personal responsibility. You set a good example!

Responsibility for quality and deadlines: you ensure that product development and project goals are achieved on time and always keep an eye on the quality of the results

Design and further development: Together with your team and in close cooperation with other departments, you will further develop modules such as

• Real-time and offline data analysis
• Modern visualizations (tabular, graphical, maps, dashboards)
• Time-controlled data exports to third-party systems

What you bring with you:

Sound foundations: A degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

Technical know-how: Proven experience in full-stack software development (incl. databases and web development) and ideally knowledge of CI/CD and cloud-native software development (e.g. microservices)

Leadership skills: (Initial) experience in leading a development team and the associated motivation of colleagues

Organizational and communication skills: You have a structured way of working, maintain an overview even in complex projects and communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner

Team builder mentality: You have the ability to inspire a team, actively promote collaboration and establish an independent work culture

Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
