We are looking for a full-time employee with immediate effect as

Team leader (m/f/diverse) IT service

These are your activities

• Operational management of the IT service department (user support, workplace management, ticket system)
• Technical management of a small team with the prospect of expansion and further development
• Responsibility for managing and prioritizing incoming tickets (first / second level)
• Ensuring smooth IT operations at our locations
• Further development of service processes and establishment of a service-oriented IT culture
• Close cooperation with IT management and other sub-areas (infrastructure, applications, digitalization)
• Collaboration in modernization projects (e.g. roll-out software distribution, introduction of automation, new service processes)

What we would like from you

• a degree or training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• several years of experience in IT support or IT service, ideally with management experience
• Very good knowledge of the Windows environment (client, AD, MS 365), common support processes
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and hands-on mentality
• Enjoy developing a team and actively shaping change
• Strong communication skills and service orientation when dealing with users
