To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d) for our location in Düsseldorf at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks with us

• 2nd and 3rd level support for both the software infrastructure and the clients
• Administration, configuration and optimization in the areas of operating system, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange online, SharePoint, Azure, Business & Service applications both cloud based and on site in the Damovo data center in Düsseldorf
• Contact person for users with content-related questions about the respective software
• Responsibility for lifecycle management of the relevant software and operating systems; administration and documentation of IT assets
• Requesting and assigning authorizations for relevant systems such as AD, AAD, SharePoint and others

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification and professional experience in a position in the Microsoft environment
• Experience in the field of IT support
• Experienced handling of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Authorization Management and GPO
• Knowledge of MS Cloud, Microsoft Intune, and Veeam Backup an advantage
• Initial experience in SharePoint, Linux, WSUS and PowerShell
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
