What you can expect:

• You will oversee the installation and administration of our network and server infrastructures
• You will also be responsible for the maintenance of our systems and ensure the corresponding documentation
• The constant hardening of the networks and systems, monitoring and blue-teaming are part of your job
• In your role, you will ensure the stable and trouble-free operation of our IT environment and fix any faults that occur in this context
• You support our users in dealing with the hardware and software used in our company (first-level support) via our help desk
• In addition to preparing and supporting analyses, you will be involved in feasibility studies and procurement issues
• In order to optimally implement the assigned tasks, you maintain active contact with suppliers and manufacturers
• Of course, we are happy if you contribute your own ideas for the continuous optimization of our IT security

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the field of IT (e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or IT security), a comparable degree and/or several years of professional experience in this field
• Confident handling of clients, networks and servers
• Experience with server virtualization under VMWare (Windows/Linux server), PowerShell/Bash, Active Directory, Entra-ID, Microsoft 365, backup management, switching, routing and VPN
• Knowledge of Cisco firewall configuration (ASA/Firepower) and Cisco switches in particular
• Initial experience in dealing with cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is an advantage
• You are characterized by personal responsibility and a sense of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English will help you to communicate within and outside our Group network
