M3B GmbH bundles the event and marketing expertise of the MESSE BREMEN brands,
CONGRESS BREMEN, ÖVB-Arena, GROSSMARKT BREMEN and Bremer Ratskeller - wine trade since 1405.
It stands for around 125 in-house and guest events every year, enlivens the citys neighborhoods with
8 special markets and 36 weekly markets, operates the fresh produce center in Überseestadt, invites visitors to guided tours of the
historic wine cellar of Bremen City Hall as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers its customers the worlds largest range of selected German wines far beyond the city limits.

For its central business units in IT & Application Management, M3B is looking to fill a vacancy as soon as possible for a

Project Manager Application Management (f/m/gn)

full-time. In this position, you will be responsible for the use of the event management software "momentus" (SaaS) and the ticketing software "ADITUS". You will report to the IT team leader.

Your challenges:

• Responsibility for ensuring the ongoing operation of the momentus and ADITUS software and their interfaces to the ERP and mailing system
• Technical management of the team members and employees
• Management of the group of decentralized administrators, coordination of key users
• Responsibility for the continuous further development of applications, optimization and integration of the associated processes
• Performing the interface function to the event management teams and advising them directly
• On-site support of the applications at the events and ensuring smooth processes, organization of internal events and training, organization and coordination of first and second level support, ad-hoc response capabilities
• Active cooperation in the use of other applications and their internal interfaces and the connection of payment functions of financial accounting

You bring with you:

• A degree relevant to the job or a completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications, e.g. in CRM and ERP systems or process-oriented work
• Several years of professional experience in comparable positions, preferably in the event industry
• Very good comprehension skills and affinity with IT systems
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness; an open nature and ability to work in a team, confident, friendly and convincing demeanor
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, confidence in using MS Office, knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours before and during events
