Your tasks:

• Adaptation, optimization and further development of the abas ERP system according to operational requirements
• Creation and maintenance of scripts, reports and interfaces in the ERP system.
• Implementation of business processes in abas.
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments to identify and implement lT solutions.
• Support with rollouts and the implementation of new modules or functions.
• Analysis and correction of errors in the ERP system and support for system documentation
• Administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telephony, Defender, Intune) in accordance with the organizations objectives in terms of security, reliability and usability.
• Support users with questions and problems in dealing with the apps and functions of the Microsoft 365 Suite
• Backup and restore of the Microsoft 365 tenant using suitable deaths.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation - both for internal IT requirements and for end users
• Coordination with the co-determination committees for the introduction and configuration of new Microsoft 365 services
• Communication with service providers.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the fields of computer science or business informatics or comparable training in these areas.
• Professional experience in the development and support of an ERP system (at least 3 years advantageous).
• Several years of professional experience in the administration of a Microsoft 365 tenant or at least in the administration of a Microsoft on-premises / hybrid environment.
• Good knowledge of programming languages such as abas-FOP, JavaScript, Python, SQL or comparable technologies.
• Understanding of business processes and their mapping in the ERP system.
• Experience with interface connection and database management (e.g. REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL).
• Experience with Linux (Debian), KVM/qemu virtualization, bash + bash scripts, OPNsense, Wireguard, SSH, restic, corsobackup, TCP/IP in v4 and v6, Postfix, rs pamd
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and high problem-solving skills.
• Project, communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent way of working.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as high team and cooperation skills.
• Structured, process-oriented and conscientious way of working as well as analytical thinking skills.
• Good self-organization and strong time management skills.
• Business fluent in German and good written and spoken communication skills.
• Good technical knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
