For a major long-term project, we are currently looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master (m/f/d) to manage two agile teams in parallel - with heart, mind and a good feel for dynamics in scaled environments.

Your tasks

• Agile support of two development teams within a scaled IT program
• Support for overarching structures such as Scrum-of-Scrums or PI planning
• Coaching on agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe) - always customizable to experience level
• Promotion of a constructive team culture and targeted moderation of meetings and retros
• Continuous further development of team processes and support in dealing with obstacles
• Driving force for sustainable improvements - in the team and in the project organization

Your profile

• In-depth practical knowledge of agile working, ideally in scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe)

• Certifications as Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner or similar are an advantage

• Experience in the simultaneous supervision of several teams desirable

• Strong communication skills across team boundaries and hierarchical levels

• Independent working style, talent for improvisation and a good sense of team dynamics

• Very good written and spoken German skills
