• Fluent verbal and written English language skills with very good communication skills
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and efficient task management skills
• Willingnes to work in 24/7 shift model (with night shifts)

• Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind
