Skills & experience required:

• At least 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure/Software support, or Project Management
• Very good knowledge of ITIL methodologies, especially in SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change, Incident & Problem Management
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues from other teams
• Can-do attitude, adaptable to change, and a team player
• Good knowledge of IT technologies, their components, and operational environments
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, or databases such as Oracle
• Strong communication skills in English are a must

Optional/Nice to have:

• Communicative German and/or French
• ITIL v4, Project Management (PRINCE2/PMP), Network or any IT-related certificate

Technologies used in the role 

• Required: Strong knowledge of ITIL (especially SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change, Incident & Problem Management), good understanding of IT technologies and operational environments (Windows, Linux, databases such as Oracle)
• Optional: Basic knowledge of Network, Windows, Linux, Unix, Cloud, Oracle, MySQL.

Remote: 2 days a week from the office

Salary:  115-125 pln/h

About the project

The IT Service Owner (ITSO) is responsible for the ongoing delivery and support of owned IT services, acting as a single point of contact for these services in line with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. This dynamic role combines operational tasks, projects, and programs, offering opportunities to collaborate with teams such as Risk, Cyber Security, developers, and Project Managers. You will have access to various tools and training to support your transition and career development in this role

,[Maintain effective control of end-to-end applications and services (including Dev, UAT, Production, and Contingency), Ensure successful operation and continuous improvement of services, Adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with all FIM requirements, IT Controls & processes, Proactively plan service requirements (e.g., Evergreening, capacity upgrades) and regularly communicate benefits and performance to the business, Act as a contact or escalation point for tasks related to assigned services requested by stakeholders and other functions, Collaborate with key stakeholders within your function (other Service Owners, POD Team Members, Risk & Control Officers, Infrastructure Leads, vendors, SSP Leads, CCO Tech colleagues, and Cyber Security), Delegate requests for information / completion of regular reviews to POD team members, consolidate information, and respond to requesters, Regularly review inventory tools to maintain service and application information, Any other duties as assigned ] Requirements: Project management, ITIL, Communication skills, PMP, Prince2, Windows, Linux, Unix, Oracle, MySQL, Cloud Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee.
