As a IT Product Manager you will join our Innovation Consulting Team, helping clients achieve their business goals by shaping, designing, and delivering digital products and services. This role blends the skills of sales, business analysis, product management, and project management, with a strong focus on understanding technology and translating it into business value.

You will work with both startups and global enterprises – leading greenfield projects from idea to execution, as well as driving innovation and digital transformation in established organizations. This is a client-facing role where your ability to connect business needs with technology solutions will be essential.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Consultant, or Project Manager in digital product development.
• Solid understanding of technology – ability to grasp system architecture, APIs, integrations, and software delivery processes, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Proven ability to create clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Excellent command of English (C1 or higher) and Polish (C1 or higher).
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and presentation.
• Ability to challenge assumptions with facts and respect.
• Passion for user-centered design and innovation.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Background in the fintech sector (banking, payments, lending, or financial platforms).
• Interest or experience in AI/ML applications for digital products.
• Familiarity with Miro, Figma, Lucidchart, N8N (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of UML diagrams, process modelling, and software effort estimation.
• Previous consulting experience in product or digital transformation projects.
• Strong interest in business transformation and emerging digital technologies.
