IT Engineer Specialist

Požadavky: For our client, a dynamic international company operating in the field of automotive insurance, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of IT Engineer Specialist.

Job Description:

* Design, administer, and manage Azure cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networks

* Set up and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) with a focus on performance and user access

* Control user identities and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 Admin Center

* Oversee the IT ticket progress and process, occassionaly troubleshoot user issues, and keep systems running smoothly

* Contribute to IT system improvements, planning, and cost optimization

Requirements:

* Strong experience in IT support and cloud infrastructure management

* Hands-on experiance of administering Azure resources and services

* Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and user identity management

* Network skills (firewalls, VPNs, wireless setup)

* Understanding of IT security and compliance principles

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset

Optional Qualifications:

* Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator, AVD Specialist)

* Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python)

* Ability to plan and improve scalable IT solutions

* Experience in designing efficient cloud systems is a plus
