IT Contract Management Specialist

POPIS POZICE:
We are seeking a highly organized IT Contract Management Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of contracts related to Network and Digital Workplace services. You will act as the central point of contact within the governance team, ensuring timely contract renewals, accurate purchase orders, and adherence to organizational policies and standards. The role involves close collaboration with service line leaders, finance, procurement teams, and vendors.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, including renewals, approvals, and compliance.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain contract trackers and provide clear, regular reporting.
- Ensure purchase orders are accurate, approved, and aligned with contracts.
- Monitor compliance with budgets, policies, and legal requirements.
- Identify risks or delays and implement mitigation actions.
- Support ad-hoc requests from leadership as needed.

Contract length: 12 months

POŽADAVKY:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in contract or project management.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, software, hardware, and applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI) and MS Project.
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
