IT Business Data Analyst @ Mindbox S.A.

• Proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business/technical requirements (ideally in data movement, ETL, or data technologies; microservices a plus).
• Hands-on experience in agile environments and working with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data principles, storage, transformation, and governance (metadata, data quality, lineage).
• Understanding of modern data technologies (cloud platforms, integration tools, streaming).
• Strong communication skills for global, cross-functional collaboration.
• Flexible, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work independently.
• Forward-thinking, creative, and self-sufficient, with strong problem-solving skills in complex data ecosystems.
