Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Business Manager, Data Analyst, or Operations role within a technology or corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of workforce planning, recruitment processes, and vendor/resource management (including permanent and non-permanent hiring models).
• Experience working with global teams and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with systems and tools such as Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, MyTRM is a strong advantage.

Analytical and Reporting Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, Power Query is a plus).
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and generate accurate, insightful reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc).
• Skilled in creating clear, well-structured presentations for senior management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, with fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment, while maintaining clarity and precision.

Business Manager will play a critical role in managing and supporting Tech department. This individual will be responsible for analysing data, preparing reports, managing senior stakeholders, and engaging with regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel and data analysis skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for accuracy and reporting.
