Must have:

• Proven experience in IT asset management (software/hardware)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
• Understanding of software licensing models and contract terms
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, amendments, and usage rights

Nice to have:

• University degree in IT, finance, or a related field
• Certifications: ITIL v3/v4, SAM, ServiceNow
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced data analysis skills and strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience with database systems and data warehouses
