• Undergraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance, logistics, supply chain)
• Highly collaborative with executive presence, change leadership and influencing skills
• 5+ years of Invoice to Pay and process optimization experience
• Proficiency in English language
• Digital Savvy and exposure to latest trends in RPA, automation, and AI
• Experience in a shared services environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to work with regional counterparts and global process leader to ensure process standardization across organization
• Demonstrated project management acumen
• Ability to identify, solution and deploy transformation projects
• Understanding of regional level nuances
• Good exposure to Source to Pay technologies like Ariba
• Lean six sigma certification will be preferred

The Invoice to Pay (I2P) Regional Process Owner role is responsible for translating and driving the implementation of the global strategy for the I2P process within the region with the goal of realizing efficiencies, higher accuracy and enhanced controls. In this capacity, the RPO will help translate as required the enterprise-wide standards for the process for the region; implement, measure & analyse the KPIs for the process; and drive the transformational agenda within the region to realize stated goals. This role will represent the Global Process Organization on all process, Invoice to Pay cycle within the region, ensuring that all key stakeholders & decision makers across Procurement, Finance, and Segments, as well as across upstream functions like Requisition to Receipt are appropriately engaged.
