Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline. 
• 1+ years’ experience in middle/back office, fund admin, or brokerage. 
• Knowledge of capital markets products (Equities, Options, Futures, Derivatives) and trade lifecycle. 
• Strong Excel skills (VBA/Power Query a plus). 
• Fluent in Polish (vendor interaction) and strong English skills. 
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin or other portfolio management tools is a plus

We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join a team and take ownership of the end-to-end process of investment transaction processing. The role involves close collaboration with providers, accounting teams, and other internal/external stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across the full trade lifecycle while working closely with portfolio managers, traders, risk, and product teams.
