Requirements:

• Experience in financial and investment controlling (experience in factory development projects is an asset).
• Knowledge of production controlling, ideally in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of investment cost analysis and monitoring (CAPEX).
• Solid knowledge of management and financial accounting.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with Finance and Operations.
• Practical knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to gradually expand into a full controlling role (onboarding and training provided).
• Nice to have: hands-on experience in production controlling.

Location: Warsaw
Office attendance: 4-8 days per month  in the office (hybrid model)

Investment Controlling Specialist

As an Investment Controlling Specialist (Production Area), you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting production-related investments, including CAPEX projects and factory expansion. This role combines strong financial controlling skills with close collaboration across Finance and Operations. It offers the opportunity to gradually expand into a broader controlling scope, with full onboarding support.
