Finance or investment background:

•  minimum 1 year of experience (knowledge of investment funds, banking, leasing, or credit institutions is a plus)
• Fluency in German and English (min. B2) – mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accountability
• Openness to hybrid work and a short onboarding period in Warsaw (2–3 weeks)
• Nice to have: Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP), Bloomberg, SAP

Location: Cracow / hybrid work model (distributed team)
