Investment Analyst (Full time)

Our M&A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline!

Responsibilities

• Analyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysis

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF Group

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisors

• Synthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadership 

Ideal candidate profile

• Has up to two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / Consulting

• Exceptional graduates are encouraged to apply as well

• Has excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Has excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders

• Displays strong financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint skills

• Takes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversight

• Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Czech language is not required

• Has knowledge of Bloomberg terminal / Capital IQ, or similar platform (an advantage, not a necessity)
