We are looking for an exceptionally driven International Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the engine of our global growth. This is a crucial, high-impact role responsible for generating new, qualified sales opportunities and introducing our expert Polish engineering teams to top companies in both the US and EU B2B markets.

What Youll Need to Succeed (Requirements)


  • 4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar quota-carrying, outbound-focused B2B sales role, preferably in the software services, IT consulting, or SaaS industries.
  • Native/Fluent English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Comfort engaging high-level executives globally.
  • International B2B Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of B2B buyer journeys and cultural nuances within both the North American and Western European markets.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo).
  • Exceptional Resilience: A highly competitive, coachable, and persistent mindset that thrives on overcoming objections and managing a pipeline across multiple time zones.
  • Strong Research Skills: The ability to find valuable insights (technographics, company news) to tailor outreach and make every message relevant.
