What can you look forward to as Intercompany Procurement Officer (m/f/d)?

– Responsibility for SCM interfaces to other ZF Divisions as the global Aftermarket contact for all production sites of the coordinated divisions.

– Definition, negotiation, and implementation of business rules with partner plants based on Corporate GLD (Global Logistic Directive) and Supply Chain Directives, to optimize the Aftermarket supply chain.

– Continuous monitoring of KPIs for the Global Procurement area, including backlogs and delivery performance; initiation and follow-up of corrective actions in case of deviations.

– Coordination of annual demand and capacity planning (S&OP) with the managed divisions, incorporating insights from Category Management, Purchasing, Sales, and Business Lines.

– Contribution to or management of collaborative projects with the managed divisions, but also in general for the Global Procurement area as a process expert.
Co od vás očekáváme
– Completed university degree in economics (preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Purchasing) or a comparable qualification

– Proficiency in English is mandatory; German would be appreciated

– SAP (ideally MM) and Excel knowledge

– Experience in analytical platforms (e.g. MS PowerBI)

– Teamwork, reliability, assertiveness, negotiation, and communication skills
