• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing system integration projects.
• Experience collaborating with external IT system suppliers, including collecting business and system requirements, partnering with IT architects, and developing technical solution concepts.
• Proficiency in IT systems analysis and requirements documentation (e.g., process modeling, use case creation, technical project development).
• Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation, such as data transformation and mapping specifications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in working with XML and JSON formats, including XPath notation.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to bridge business and development teams.
• Experience supporting integration testing.

As our Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications for system integrations. Your role will involve defining how various Falck systems connect, providing analytical support for essential back-office processes and projects across Finance, HCM, Emergency, and Assistance departments. You will design and document integration solutions leveraging platforms such as Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Azure Cloud, primarily focusing on API-based connections. Additionally, you will provide analytical support for existing solutions, assisting with maintenance, and troubleshooting integration challenges from a technical analysis perspective.
