POPIS POZICE:
Are you ready to take the lead in a brand-new project and play a key role in launching a modern production line in North Bohemia?
We’re looking for a technically skilled and hands-on Process & Engineering Leader who will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and operational setup of new glass production lines in Duchcov.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, leading technical initiatives, and working closely with global experts.

What you’ll do:

- Lead the installation and commissioning of new glass production lines.
- Cooperate closely with international process and engineering teams.
- Set up operational procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and quality control systems.
- Train and support production and maintenance employees in technical processes.
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met across all production activities.
- Take part in cross-functional improvement projects and technical problem-solving.

POŽADAVKY:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–8 years of experience in production, maintenance, or technical office roles – ideally within glass, automotive, or other process industries.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar tools).
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2) – you’ll communicate with international teams.
- Willingness to complete several months of training abroad (Italy).
- Knowledge of glass forming processes or glass chemistry is a strong advantage.
