• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms (implementation experience is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of IGA concepts, including identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, and SoD.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP); JavaScript and SQL are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Entra ID, AWS) and enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce).
• Advanced English, both written and spoken, for communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our client, a global technology company, is looking for an experienced and motivated Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer to join their IGA team. This role will support both the implementation of a new access management tool (Saviynt) and user support, including training the team. This is a newly created position, arising from a transformation in the IAM structure, and is key to deploying a global Enterprise Identity Cloud solution.

,[Lead the implementation of Saviynt and support the global rollout., Manage integrations between Saviynt and target systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Atlassian, AWS)., Develop and maintain role management frameworks, including role mining, role engineering, and certification processes., Design and manage workflows for access requests, provisioning/de-provisioning, and access reviews., Train and support the team in using the new tool., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions., Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance., Document configurations, workflows, and integration processes., Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.] Requirements: Security, IGA, Identity Governance and Administration , Saviynt, Implementation, EIC, JavaScript, AWS, SQL, REST, SOAP Additionally: Private healthcare, International projects.
