• Proficiency in spoken Arabic (written communication will be in English).
• Proficiency in both written and oral English communication.
• Completed higher education degree in the field of social sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, pedagogy, communication and media studies, social pedagogy, humanities) or in management / human resource management.
• Prior experience in leading discussions, public speaking, teaching activities. 
• Strong interpersonal skills: sociability, sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to establish effective communication with diverse individuals.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and embrace challenges.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine interest in human behavior and psychology.

Advantages: 

• Professional experience gained in the European/Hungarian workforce market. 
• Previous experience in HR and/or in a commercial organization.
• Hungarian language knowledge.
