• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Experience managing cross-functional HR teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) is required.

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and manage our Human Resources department. This role is a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, as the company is currently at a scaling stage and actively optimizing many of its processes.

The HR Director will be expected to quickly dive into a wide variety of workflows, ensuring that existing practices are effectively supported while also building a strong foundation for the future. The role will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The HR Director will manage the recruitment team, people partners, learning and development, and travel coordinators, driving efforts across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and well-being..
