Qualifications:

• grounded and progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least a couple of years in a leadership role managing large, geographically dispersed teams.  
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of roles, with a strong emphasis on highly technical and niche profiles within various industry branches.  
• Deep expertise in current recruitment technologies, ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing methodologies.  
• Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and cultural nuances across Europe and Asia.  
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.  
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at all levels of an organization.  
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing global environment.  
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European or Asian languages is a significant plus.  
• Willingness to undertake regular international travel as required. 

Head of Recruitment - Europe (and Asia) We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Head of Recruitment for Europe & Asia to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and executing a world-class recruitment strategy, managing a large and diverse team of 30 recruitment professionals, and ensuring we consistently attract and hire top-tier talent for our clients across a multitude of branches and highly specialized technological profiles. Oversee recruitment budgets, external vendor relationships, and recruitment marketing initiatives., Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers across various business units (e.g., Financial Services, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecoms).
