• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and performance marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and initiative.
• Openness to working partly on-site (Zamość) — around 3 days per week.
• Fluent Polish; English is a strong plus.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist or Coordinator with a strong background in Google Ads and social media marketing to help shape the next wave of our marketing growth.

You’ll join a company with over 20 years in the market and ambitious plans to build a modern, creative marketing function. Your role will focus on driving performance, optimizing campaigns, and developing our brand and e-commerce presence both in Poland and internationally.
