• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior infrastructure management role, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with network architecture, security protocols, and data storage solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with implementation and automation of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
• Experience in Fintech or regulated environments is a strong plus.
• Experience in building infrastructure for HA systems is a strong plus.
