Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Extensive experience in strategic and operational procurement, ideally with focus on logistics categories.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or related fields) will be a significant advantage.
• Proven track record in leading international teams and working in a global matrix environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process optimization and change management.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping procurement strategy across logistics categories, managing a global team, and driving innovation and efficiency in the company’s supply chain operations.

The role requires close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders, ownership of multimillion procurement budgets, and leadership in optimizing sourcing strategies across transport, warehousing, and distribution services.
