• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management or complex procurement leadership roles (international scope preferred).
• Proven track record of driving transformation and change in a global, matrix-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, digital tools and agile ways of working.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to influence at senior levels.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
